Global Leadership Team

Leadership is critical to the overall success of any organization,
including Lions Clubs International.  An effective leadership team  provides the vision, guidance and motivation necessary for our  association to continue to fulfill its mission of providing quality,  relevant service to communities around the world.

Members of the GMT and GLT work together to identify, develop, and encourage opportunities for present and future Lions Leaders, and develop membership through service and engagement. The GLT provides for an enhanced focus on leadership development, which is critical to the future of our organization.  It directs its efforts toward identifying and cultivation effective leaders through active training and leadership development initiatives, while providing necessary information, guidance, and motivation.
